Other Benefits

1. Turn-around time for repair
Turn-around time for repair is from the time the engineer is allowed to work on the equipment until the equipment is returned in good working order. Turn around time for repairs will normally not exceed 1 month. If the permanent fix is not available, temporary fix or work-around solutions shall be sought until the permanent fix is available.

2. Our field service provided will include :

• Remedial maintenance will be performed continuously until problem is resolved.
• Technical advice and guidance.
• Service engineer will be stationed at Principals, if need be for predetermined period to monitor the equipment performance if required.
